School districts, after-school programs, mentors, and parents all realize artificial intelligence, as scary and exciting as possible, is here to stay. For many, we were first introduced to Khan Academy, ABC Academy, and other virtual programs to help supplement our children’s education during the Pandemic. Still, the technology has become even more prevalent in our lives in the last four years.
Because it is evolving so fast, how can we embrace this powerful technology while keeping our children safe?
That is the topic for the Lancaster Education Foundation’s Education Impact Breakfast, which will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 7 to 9 a.m.
The keynote speaker is Professor Oliver Dreon, PhD, of Millersville University. Dr. Dreon has consulted school districts across Pennsylvania on this topic, and he will share valuable insights and information for anyone in the community seeking to learn more.
